κι είπε να διώξουμε
θλίψη, χαρά
θυμό, κακία.
Ακίνητοι να μείνουμε
στου εκκρεμούς
εκείνη τη μικρή ισορροπία.
Να νιώσουμε πληρότητα
κι ακίνητοι εκεί, ευδαιμονία.
Κι εμείς που χρόνια
άλλα ακούμε κι άλλα κάνουμε
πιαστήκαμε επάνω στο εκκρεμές
κι ανεβοκατεβαίνουμε
δίχως σταματημό
μα και με βία.
Είναι που κάποιος είπε
πως σαν χάσουμε
θλίψη, θυμό,
χαρά, κακία
Άδειοι, σαν τσόφλι αυγού
που το ρουφήξανε
θα ζούμε στη ζωή
δίχως ουσία.
Είναι που ο κάποιος
δεν το ήξερε
Άδειος δεν είναι αυτός
που έχει ψυχή
συνώνυμο
και κατοικία
της Αγάπης.

English version
Some day
Τhe higher self came
and told us to chase away
sadness and joy
anger, malice.
To stay still
on the pendulum's
little balance spot.
To feel while motionless there,
wholeness and bliss.
But as we always do for years and years
when we hear something and the opposite we do
we caught ourselves on the pendulum
and we go up and down
without stopping.
Maybe it's because someone said
that if we lose
sadness and joy
anger, malice.
Empty, like an eggshell
that someone sucked it
without any substance
we would then live.
It's because that very someone
didn't know
Empty is not the one
who has a soul
that is the synonym
and the house
of Love.
