που στα βιβλία χώθηκαν
που διάβασαν πολύ
που μες στις λέξεις ψάχνανε
να βρούνε την Αλήθεια
Κείνοι που γύρισαν
θαρρώ
τον κόσμο όλον
σε αναζήτηση
της πιο μεγάλης Γνώσης.
Όλοι υποκλίνονταν
τους θαύμαζαν
μα αυτοί
κενοί
και τόσο άδειοι.
Μιας και τους ξέφευγε
πάντα ετούτη η λέξη.
Είναι που την Αλήθεια
έψαχναν
πάντα σε λεξικά
σε όλες τις γλώσσες
εκτός από τη γλώσσα
εκείνη της Καρδιάς
που είχανε ξεχάσει.

English Version
There are also those people
who immersed themselves in books,
who read endlessly,
who searched within words
to find the Truth.
Those who, I think,
traveled the whole world
in search of the Greatest Knowledge.
Everyone bowed,
admired them.
But they—
hollow,
so utterly empty.
For that one word
always eluded them.
They searched for Truth
always in dictionaries,
in every language
except one—
the language of the Heart,
which they had forgotten.
