για τα τεκτενόμενα
Ρουφούσε τις ειδήσεις
από εφημερίδες
από βιβλία
από το διαδίκτυο
Τρεφότανε με Γνώση
Αυτό γινόταν πάντα
Γέμιζε το μυαλό του
με «θόρυβο»
Για έναν λόγο μοναχά
Να μην ακούσει
τη « Σιωπή»
της πραγματικής
μέσα του
Σκέψης.

He Always Did
He kept his mind
busy —
buzzing with headlines,
the hum of updates,
the constant drip
of information.
He swallowed the news
like medicine,
read the world
through pages,
through screens,
through the endless scroll.
He fed on Knowledge —
as if it could fill
the quiet hunger
inside.
He always did.
He filled his mind
with noise,
for only one reason:
so he would not hear
the Silence —
the deep,
unforgiving
truth
of his own
Thought.
